Upon exploring opportunities in Asia, North America, and Europe, we encountered challenges in the first two options due to unfamiliar markets. This led us to focus on Europe, where our teams possessed some familiarity, particularly in the UK. Insightfully, we discovered that the UK's dynamic and sizable market, which is at least ten times that of Sydney, presented an irresistibly compelling opportunity.
